Complete.MD v0.9.116

Complete.MD Client Application Update to v0.9.116 Release Notes

  • Employees now have the ability to watch videos and sign documents in the new HR module which tracks their progress. HR reports to view users progress are available for administrators via the web portal.
  • Exam room users can now choose and edit lesion sheets and lab orders from previous dates of service (if the order has not already been sent to lab) using new lesion sheet selection screen. This should allow users to correct requisitions at any point prior to submitting them to the laboratory, reducing the dependence on IT involvement.

A lock icon will show up on the screen if the order has been digitally transmitted to the reference laboratory already.
  • We are introducing our "Greenlight" logic while also providing a new touch-friendly lab selection screen in this release. As shown in the screenshot below, a green check mark will show up to inform the staff member that the laboratory has verified that they support the patient's insurance currently assigned insurance program.
The application will continue to attempt to automatically choose the most appropriate lab for the patient's lab order based on a combination of the patient’s insurance plan and the patient's preferred lab.

Current and future enhancements to this new screen will include:
    • Warning for staff when a laboratory is selected which does not provide assurances that the patient's insurance program is supported as shown below.
    • Warning for staff when a laboratory is selected which does not support the procedure being performed.
    • Warning for staff when a laboratory is selected which does not support digital integrations within the EHR solution.
  • During the OCR process, eligibility checks should now show extra information to indicate why eligibility check failed as shown below.
  • The Tooltip Group buttons in the Patient's Profile Screen that allow you to choose OCR, Patient, and Billing should now properly apply data from OCR card scan, patient check-in, or billing as originally designed. Choosing those buttons will allow you to toggle the various data captured from the different areas of the system.

  • Numerous improvements in the OCR algorithms will improve issues concerning incomplete data from OCR scans or patient check-in overwriting existing complete data in patient's billing profile during card scan process. Future enhancements will replace the screens used in the Billing module as the existing screens are no longer recommended for modifying patient data.
