Complete.MD Client Application Update to v0.9.118 Release Notes

• When user selects Lesion Sheet from Exam Room, the Next button should be disabled for any locked lesion sheets.
• When user selects Lab Order from Exam Room, the Next button should be disabled for any locked lab orders.
• When user completes Lesion Sheet, default lab selection should save to next screen.
• When selecting lesion sheet items to add to a lab order, error messages for unsupported procedures should not be cut off.
• When user selects Lab Order from Exam Room, the user should be able to assign items to multiple different labs than the original order was created for.
• DermTech items should not be assignable to any lab other than DermTech. Items other than DermTech should not be assignable to DermTech.
• Lesion Sheet window should be minimizable.
• User should be able to delete a lesion sheet item after assigning it to a lab order.
• When selecting lesion sheet items to assign to a lab, the lab logo should show at the top of the page.
