Complete.MD Web Portal Updates

Go to  http://complete.md/ and click on Portal in the upper right hand corner to log in.  Some menu options have changed but all previous functionality is still available.  

SECURITY/USER ROLES

Users with multiple roles no longer need to switch between those roles.  All items that you have access to will be displayed in the left hand menu bar.  If you are an administrator and have access to more than one practice, use the drop down in the upper right hand corner to switch between practices.  

BILLING/CLAIMS

All billing and claims menu options are now located in the web portal under the Billing menu option.  

PATHOLOGY

All pathology/log book menu options are located in the web portal under the Pathology menu option. 

SCHEDULING

All scheduling menu options are located in the web portal under the Scheduling menu option. 

SETUP/ADMIN

Administrative users have access to the Setup menu for functions like practice management, products, provider and assistant setups.

MY PROFILE

Your personal account information can be found under the My Profile menu option.  

PATIENT PORTAL

Patients will also see the updated portal when they visit  http://complete.md/  Patients can make appointments, see consent and lab result data, and complete preregistration paperwork using the patient portal.  

*Note that staff members who are also Complete.MD patients will have a menu option to switch between the Staff Portal and Patient Portal.  This will be located under the My Profile menu option.

To switch back to the Staff Portal while in Patient mode, click the Staff Portal menu option.
