Complete.MD Web Portal 02-23-2018 update

Claims:

• The Claim Form action button has been changed to look like a "form" icon.

• The Patient Ledger report can now be printed for an individual ticket.  Pull up a patient in the Account Search screen and expand the ticket info below their name.  Use the PDF icon in the action items to print the Patient Ledger for that specific ticket. The Patient Ledger will open in a new window. 

• All Claims Dashboard reports can now be clicked to open a related search screen.  Go to Billing-->Dashboard and click on a bar chart item in any of the reports.  The relevant search screen will open with the details of the report listed as search results.
