Claims/Billing

*Note that these claims/billing changes are just intended to restore missing functionality.  New workflows, enhancements and improvement to functionality is in progress.

Patient Payments Functionality:
  • Added action items and paging to search results.  Action items include add/change allocation, edit payment and delete payment.
  • Click on a patient's name in search results to see notes, appointment information, payments, receipts, insurance information and to edit patient information
  • Click billing profile name to open billing profile info
  • Fixed payer plan saving bug 
  • Added ability to apply ERA from patient payments

Insurance Payments Functionality:

  • Added ability to search by payer name

  • Added action items and paging to search results.  Action items include add/change allocation, edit payment and delete payment.

General

  • Fixed bug in EOB report display (Go to Billing-->Account Search-->Pull up patient-->Pull up EOB report)
  • Added Reports menu under Billing
  • Added Reports menu under Setup 
  • Fixed bug that caused portal dashboard graphs to expand vertically when page size was changed
  • Fixed grid lines issue in Claim Ticket screen
