How do I access multiple patients tied to my account?

1. Sign into your patient portal account via https://portal.complete.md/ . 

2. If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to set a new password and security questions; otherwise, you will be redirected to your patient dashboard.

3. At the top-right of your screen, you should see a drop-down menu with your currently selected patient.

4. Clicking on this drop-down menu will display a list of patients you are able to view. Click on the patient in the list you wish to switch to and the page will reload. 

5. You are now in the Patient Portal as the patient you just clicked. For example, clicking "Preregistration" will allow you to enter in preregistration information for the patient that is currently selected in the drop-down menu in the top-right.
