Complete.MD Web Portal 08-17-2018 and Client v0.9.128 update

• Added logic to disable Payers / Payer Plans in the Check In Manager module based on the Manage Payers / Payer Plans option from within the web portal (described below) 

• Secure Messaging - Added the ability for providers and patients to send secure messages to each other from within the web portal. Email notifications for these messages are sent automatically to the user alerting them that a message is available for review within the portal.
• Manage Payers / Payer Plans - Added the ability for practice administrators and billing administrators to enable and disable payers and payer plans from being usable in the Check In Manager in the Complete.MD desktop application.  For more information on how to use this feature, please click here.
• Added an icon to notify staff when a patient has a claim in collections to the Claim Search, Patient Search, and Appointment Search in portal, as well as Check-In Manager in the desktop application. 
• Enhanced security to ensure users only see pages that match their security roles.  If a user navigates to a page they do not have permission to see, an improved "unauthorized" message will be shown on the screen.
• Added features to increase Web Content Accessibility including visual tabbing and the ability to completely navigate the Patient Portal using a keyboard only.
