- Added patient Preferred Name and removed "Please Verify Lab" on the Patient Info Form report
Web Portal
- Added ability for patients to securely view, download and transmit their health information under the Medical History menu option
- Added initial MIPS reporting tools that capture information about how many patients have been given Patient Education, accessed Secure Messaging, used the View/Download/Transmit feature and have been given Electronic Access. Staff members can view this data by navigating to Setup-->Practice Scores and entering a date range
- Added dollar amount in the tool tip of the icon that notifies staff when a patient has a claim in collections
- Fixed issue that caused some users to have a blank home screen in the web portal
- Added additional validation to ensure users can only see pages related to their authorized roles
- Added the ability to view claims in the EDI queue that are stuck due to not having an active payer for the given service date and level
- Claims without an active payer for the service date will appear at the top under "*Payer Unavailable for Date of Service" with a red color
- Once the claims have been corrected, they will then appear in the queue as normal
- Added validation to the Claim Ticket that will notify users of errors that will prevent a claim from being processed
- Ticket cannot be updated until errors are addressed
- Most Errors can be addressed by editing the Billing Profile for the patient directly from the claim ticket screen
