Claims

  • Fixed bug related to changing the level on a ticket from closed to secondary
  • Added Place of Service option on Claim Ticket to allow HCPCS codes to be billed correctly (Help Scout ticket # 8128)
    • Claim Ticket
      • You can set the Place of Service for a particular claim within the Claim Ticket interface. You will see a Dropdown List with Places of Service that have been enabled for your practice. The Place of Service that has been assigned as the default for the Practice Location for the claim will appear as "Place (Default)".
    • Newly created claims will be automatically given the default Place of Service for the location in which service was rendered.
      • The Default Place of Service can be set for each individual location using the options found in the "Manage Locations" screen located in Setup > Locations.
  • Removed functionality that prevented working with tickets older than 1,000 days
  • Fixed a bug that caused the start and end dates of all open tickets and search options to synchronize
  • Fixed a bug that caused CPT codes to duplicate across all open tickets
  • Fixed a bug in the Ad Hoc Procedure Codes Report that caused incorrect procedure codes to be displayed in the report instead of the codes originally entered by the user

Practice Administration

  • Fixed bug in provider drop down list in MIPS (Practice Scores) screen that prevented the list from updating when changinga practice was changed
  • Added more detailed error messages in Secure Messaging and fixed bug that prevented user from using the "x" button to close pop up window
  • Added ability to change the practice location on a lab order into the Log Book screen

  • Fixed bug in Log Book that caused lab order change reasons to not be saved correctly
