Connect Referrals

Features of the new Connect Referrals module were released during this update.  These new features include:

• Outgoing and Incoming Referral Search screens (ability to view these screens depends on purchased level of Complete.MD product)
  • Referral users can view details of outgoing and incoming referrals including patient information, insurance information, referral notes, referral attachments, and lollipop-style tracking
• My Providers management and search screen
  • Referral users can create and manage a practice-specific listing of Providers including user favorites, and provider name/address/phone/fax information
• Create Referral within web portal
  • Referral users can create referrals using a wizard built in to the web portal
  • Referral users can fax and print referral data from within the web portal

Bug Fixes

• Corrected issue that prevented billing users from adding ERA exclusions for payers
• Added new field validations on the Edit Billing Profile pop ups to prevent errors and improve data capture
