Billing/Claims

  • Improved speed of Claims search screen
  • Added Quantity field to the Patient Ledger report to make data presented on the report more accurate and easier to understand
  • Added the Claim Number to the Claim Ticket popout screen
  • Fixed duplicate textbox issue in New Claim Ticket screen from Account Search 
  • Fixed text in the EOB Info pop up
  • Fixed bug that caused a blank screen to open when user clicked action buttons in Account Search

Log Book

  • Added ability to view and capture patient ID and insurance card images from the log book
    • To view cards, open the log book and find a patient.  Click on the View Patient Cards action button.  Use the links in the pop up to view card images.
    • To upload cards, open the lab order details page from the log book. Use the Upload Patient Cards action button.  Select a Card Type and use the Browse button to find the image on your local computer.  Click Save to upload.  
    • Note: If no relevant Patient Account Information is currently on file for the patient, users will not be permitted to upload card images.
  • Fixed bug that caused duplicate order creation when more than one external order was processed in Complete.MD for the same patient on the same day.  A duplicate order will still be created in this case, but the correct data, including RFID tag information, will be included in the two separate orders.  

Practice Administration

  • Added ability to manage notification emails from a Practice and Provider level
    • To view Practice level notification emails, navigate to Setup --> My Practice Profile. To view Provider level notification emails, navigate to Setup --> Provider Search.
  • Reworked Pathology Tracker Printing screen to allow users to more easily set up recurring printer schedules
  • Fixed background color issue on Appointment Setup screen
