Account Search Update 08-09-2019
We have released an update to the Account Search within the billing module. The aim of this update is to improve speed and overall usability of this screen. For those who are familiar with the current Account Search screen, you may notice that things look different. This article will go through each feature and detail it's usage.
1. Search Filters/Parameters
All of the Search filters that existed in the previous version are still present in the update. Filters can be enabled/disabled for the current search by clicking on the label/text and then entering your desired option. Options that are blue are enabled, and disabled when they are grey.
2. Results Section
The results section has received the most changes for this update. We have overhauled the design of this section and poured many hours into performance tuning. Each feature will be highlighted below.

Header Colors - If a patient has any claims that have been sent to collections or are in labhold status, the color bar on the left-side will be red and an icon for the appropriate status will appear in the bottom right. Hovering over the icon will give you information about the status.
Other Actions/Shortcuts/Information:
