General Administration

  • Fixed bug that prevented administrators from adding Delegated Users to Provider accounts
  • Fixed bug related to Rx Product administration
  • Improved speed and overall functionality of Practice Messaging
  • Fixed bug that caused messages to not show as "read" after a delegated user has received and read the message (hot fix 10/14/2019)
  • Updated billing address on ACH Settlement reports
  • Added ability for Practice Administrators to send ad hoc messages to patients
    • To access this functionality, navigate to the Setup screen and go to Appointment Search.  Use the search options to pull up the patients to message.  Icons to the left of the patient name indicate if the patient has a text capable device, has provided an email address or both.
    • Click the Send Message icon to start the message layout.
    • Customize the email and SMS (text) message to send to the patient(s).  Click the Send button to send the messages. The SMS message will be identical to the email message until you edit the text on the SMS tab. 

Billing/Claims

  • Fixed bug related to auto-applying codes for procedures when there is a CPT code mismatch
  • Fixed bug in the creation of new claim tickets caused by billing profiles not being accurately assigned to the new ticket.
  • Fixed bugs in EDI Queue that prevented Drop to Paper history search from returning accurate results
  • Fixed bug that caused a processing error when clicking the Create Claim option in the Billing Overview
  • Fixed bug in Account Search where "My Claims" and Level filter options would not accurately return all claims that met the search criteria
  • Fixed ability to change sorting of search results using the "Sort" drop down list.
  • Changed Claim Ticket to include Prior Authorization Number in CLIA field
  • Fixed bug that prevented CLIA number from being displayed on the HCFA form (hot fix 10/14/2019)
  • Fixed the location titles on the Claims By Location chart in the Billing Dashboard 

Pathology/Log Book

  • Added ability for Practice Managers to access and maintain records using the Manage Plans functionality
  • Changes to Incoming Log Book to allow users to route orders to a different laboratory
  • Added additional details including QR code, Lab information, patient ID and Insurance cards and additional Insurance information to the Requisition form used by practices utilizing ModMed/EMA 
  • Added ability for users to upload images for the front and back of a patients ID or Insurance card
  • Added an MRN search filter to Log Book and the ability to view the patient's MRN for each lab order

Pathology Tracker Desktop Application

  • Fixed bug in reprint logic that removed the specimen identifier on reprinted RFID labels
