Billing/Claims
- Added ability to see inactive providers on the Provider Revenue report
- Reworked the Claim Ticket screen to be more visually appealing and user friendly
- Added validation to Claim Ticket to prevent deletion of procedures which have payments applied to them. Users will need to remove allocations to procedures before deletion will be allowed.
- Added ability for users to save common queries for future use in Account Search
Pathology/Log Book
- Added a new Cover Page for Lab Order Results that includes information about the patient, patient lollipop/order status and notifications.
- There are two new Report icons on the Log Book. The first is the new Lab Order Summary report. The second is the Pathology Results report
- When a user clicks on the Lab Order Summary icon, the user can choose between the Summary or the Summary & Notification History report.

- When a user clicks on the Pathology Results icon, the user can choose between the Pathology Results or the Pathology Results Only report.

- Updated logic related to changing the lab for a specific order to help prevent processing errors
- Fixed bug that caused specimen data to be displayed in reverse numerical/alphabetical order
- Fixed sorting issues and bug that occurred when user did not select a plan to update in the laboratory view of the Manage Plans page
- Fixed issue with search data not refreshing when a different practice was selected in the laboratory view of the Manage Plans page
- Added ability to upload Patient Attachments. To utilize this feature, navigate to the log book and pull up a patient/order. Click on the order number to open the details screen. In the upper right hand corner of the Patient Summary section, click on the button to Upload Patient Attachments
- Choose the type of attachment, navigate to the file on your computer and hit the Save button to upload.
- To view previously uploaded documents and images, click on the View Patient Attachments button
