Adjustment amount tool-tips now reliably display the correct adjustment amount needed
Adjustment denial reasons will now reliably be accounted for in adjustment calculations
Fixed bug preventing denial reason drop-down from populating
Moved the adjustment tag on the denial reason drop-down to improve visibility
Added context colors to new allocations and adjustments to improve the overall user-experience and draw attention to potential errors
