Complete.MD Client Application 0.9.150 and Web Portal Update

• Fixed bug that prevented users from filing claims with inactive profile data (hot fix released 2/24/2020) 
• Added incentive charges related to Medicare ERAs for code CO-144 (hot fix released 3/3/2020)

• Added MOHS procedure to Lesion Sheet
• Fixed bug that caused errors when application was not run from an administrator account
• Upgraded the lesion sheet module to improve picture taking capability for providers and nurses. This upgrade should also resolve bugs with the application locking up when taking photos in the exam room.
