Complete.MD Web Portal Update 04-24-2020

• Fixed bug in Unallocated report under billing reports (hot fix released 4/3/2020)
• Fixed bug in "My Payments" logic in Claims Search (hot fix released 4/20/2020)
• Change to Claim ticket to display account number next to patient name
• Change to Allocate Payment Screen to display account number next to patient name
• Change to pie chart on Billing Dashboard. All payments made by patients and by non-billing users are grouped into one section.
• Added icon next to lab name on Log Book to indicate that a patient has pictures on the corresponding lab order
• Changed Daily Billing Report to accept location value as a parameter
