• Fixed bug in Provider Review Report that caused wrong providers to be displayed (hot fix released 09/03/2020)
• Added new report for lab users that details lab orders sent by month called the Pathology Tracker Billing Details report

Billing/Claims

• Added alerts at claim level to indicate a valid primary chart account is missing

• Added logic to ensure valid insurance profiles are available for the associated claims
  • 
• Updated the EDI Queue to be more user-friendly and responsive
  • Restructured EDI Queue and Historical EDI Queue into a tab page where "To Do" is the regular EDI Queue and "Filed" is the Historical EDI Queue
• Added an "In Process" tab to the EDI Queue page to show claims that are waiting to be processed by Availity.

• Added Tertiary support to the Billing Profile pop up
• Added the following warnings to the Billing Profile pop up:
  • Alert to show on profiles that have claims associated with them with missing valid billing accounts for the claim level
  • Alert to prevent an insurance account from being created before the guarantor account is created for that profile
  • Alert to inform the user of potential data loss when creating a new account before saving the current one

Secured Messaging

• Optimized the Secured Messaging page
• Fixed issues with the patient name not showing correctly in messages
• Added the patient's date of birth above the current conversation
• Fixed issues with the unread messages indicator not showing correctly

Logbook

• Added a Visit Note report that is accessible via the Lesion Sheet report button
