General

• Fixed configuration issues that prevented emails and appointment reminders from going out to patients from affected practices
• Added a "Send to Encite" button on the Referral Confirmation and Lab Order Results reports for practices using the Encite EHR
  • This button will not be fully functional until Encite finishes the development necessary on their end

Billing

• Adjusted the logic behind the paper statements to make them send four times by mail before sending only electronic statements over email
• Fixed an issue with the bulk print option for HCFA forms on the EDI Queue
• Added a review payment step to the Credit Card Payment pop up on the patient side and staff side
  • 

Pathology

• Fixed the Orders Without Results report to only show active orders that have not yet received results
• Adjusted permissions on the Pathology Overview page to allow Pathology Supervisors to see the Manage Plans button
