General

• Added the Organization Admin role and Tenant Search page. This page allows the Organization Admin to easily access the Practice Profile, Manage Practice (Locations), Provider Search, Team Members, Medical Assistants, and Log Book pages for the respective practice in the organization.

• Updated the password reset feature in the Patient Search (Manage Patients) page to display the patient's name, email address, and new temporary password.
  • 
• Added a "terminate" patient feature in the Patient Search (Manage Patients) page that will cancel all future appointments for the patient and marked them as terminated (or banned) for that practice in the CompleteMD system.

• Updated the Practice Profile page to include options for changing the logos and color scheme of the web portal for the selected tenant (practice). Also, added a feature to allow a Practice Admin to define a vanity URL for their web portal to use.

• Added the new portal theme feature to most pages in the web portal. The theme can be set from the Practice Profile page mentioned above.

Billing

• Added a search option in Account Search to find claims based on the number of statements for that claim were sent to the patient.

• Added indicators to the statements section of the claim widget in Account Search to show what type of statement was sent to the patient.

• Added a search option in Account Search for Billing Admins to find deleted claims. Also, added a feature in the Claim Ticket page to restore a deleted claim.

Pathology

• Added a self-pay option to the Manage Plans (Greenlight Setup) page for practices to manage which labs are preferred or mandatory for self-pay patients and to the Manage Practice Plans page for labs to show if they accept self-pay.

• Fixed a bug in the Log Book Search page involving issues with the date range.
• Cleaned up UI issues on the Log Book Search page to make it more mobile-friendly.
• Removed requirements for certain fields on the Edit Specimen pop up in the Log Book Details page. Also, added a feature to bypass validation on the Size and CPT fields on this screen.

Pathology

• Updated the greenlight process to account for the new self-pay changes in the Greenlight Setup pages in the web portal.

Scheduling

• Updated the sorting for the Appointment Search to show the most recent appointments first.
• Added logic to prevent the scheduling of appointments for patients that are terminated (or banned) for the practice.
