• Fix validations issues causing the Encounter Form not to save.
• Reconfigured how the Consents work when attempting to sign.
• Fixed issue with Patient information not showing on Consents when signing.

• Fix cropping issue on Android devices.
• Added the ability to populate a shipping address based of the patient's address on record.
