• Updated and enhanced the Log Book status lollipops.

• Added the ability for Providers to sign off on results on the Pathology Results report.

• Added a stamp on the Pathology Results report once a Provider has marked it as reviewed.

• Added search filters for Action Plan and Provider Assigned.

• Updated reports to have the new status lollipop changes.
