• The POC App was updated with a redesign of the Documentation of Medical Evaluation Form. The current fields have been reorganized and new fields were added.
• The Documentation of Medical Evaluation Form was updated in the For Office Packet to match the updated resdesign of the form. 
• The check-out screen and address workflow was improved.

• The signature capturing was improved to include a more accurate recreation of the signature.

• Now pulls a patient address from an existing record.(Shipping info)
• Changes to drop downs within the app
• Various report changes
