The latest update includes improvements to the patient portal. Notable changes include fixing a login issue, improving the search and user interface experiences, enhancing lab order auditing, updating the lab order packing list text for clarity, and fixing an issue with date selection caused by a recent Chrome update.
General
Portal Login Issue Fixed
- Fixed a bug where logging in as an authorized user for a patient of an inactive practice prevented users from logging in.
Outgoing Log Book
Improved Search Experience
- Updated search pages to replace the wording of "View/Views" with "Query/Queries."
Enhanced Search
- Improved the search functionality of the outgoing log book by updating the optional filters to be consistent with those on Account and Payment Search, resulting in a better user experience.
Action Plan Menu Improvement
- Improved the visibility of the action plan menu item in the patient portal by making it available only after the "provider assigned" status is lit on the main logbook page or after the results are posted. This change ensures consistent menu options visibility throughout the system.
Improved Lab Order Packing List
- Updated text on the lab order packing list from "Requisition #" to "Lab Order #" for clarity.
Improved Lab Order Auditing
- Fixed a bug where some steps in the lab order process were not properly tracked and made sure that all changes and updates were fully audited for better transparency and accountability.
Referrals
Improved User Interface for Outgoing Referrals
- Updated the style of controls in several modals accessible through Outgoing / Incoming Logbook Details pages, including Add Results, Advanced Options / Edit, and Edit Specimen modals, for a more modern and consistent user experience.

Chrome Update Date Selection Fix
- Fixed an issue where the latest Chrome update broke date pickers on the site, which has now been resolved.
