This enhancement provides clear visibility on the delivery method and timing of patient statements, improving communication and tracking.
  • Resolved display issues in the claim handling process, ensuring that insurance information is now consistently visible by default when loading a claim and remains visible after modifications are made. This fix enhances reliability and user experience in managing patient claims.
  • Resolved an issue where updating patient payment plans required a CVV without providing a field for entry.
  • Fixed a bug where spaces would be removed from text fields in a patients billing profile

Pathology

  • Fixed a bug that caused the Patient Notified Lollipop to be different between the Logbook Search screen and the Logbook Details screen
  • Introduced a "Lab Order History" button in the Logbook details and Lab Order Request details screens, enabling users to access and review historical lab order results directly within the system.
    • Introduced a new notification feature that alerts schedulers and Pathology Coordinators immediately after a follow-up appointment is completed, enhancing communication and workflow efficiency.  Please contact support for more information on setting this up for your practice.

Updated the formatting for "Location/Lab Diagnosis" in the Logbook Search (PDF) Report.
    • Fixed a bug that caused a blank screen to appear when accessing the menu via the Lab Order Link during Action Plan editing, ensuring a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Introduced the Action Plans Admin Module to ensure that only Practice Admins have the authority to edit action plans, enhancing control and compliance by restricting provider access.

Resolved an issue where Action Plans were not being automatically stamped on PDF reports. This fix ensures that Action Plans are consistently included on reports, enhancing documentation and compliance.
  • Fixed a bug where pressing the "Cancel" button after editing lab order results in a detail screen popup would erroneously reopen the results. This update ensures that the popup closes as intended, streamlining user interactions and enhancing the user experience.
  • Enhanced visibility of the Priority Flag in the Logbook Search during the addition and editing of Action Plans for orders.
  • Updated system permissions to prevent providers from setting Flag Priority, including both Priority Flags and Importance Flags, while maintaining their ability to view these flags. Providers can still note their Priority status. Changes will be reflected in the Logbook search.
  • Introduced the "Provider Importance Flag" for lab orders, allowing healthcare providers to prioritize specific lab orders over others, even when they share the same initial flag. This new feature grants providers the discretion to mark an order as more important, enhancing the management of patient care workflows. Providers can also annotate their decisions for further clarity and documentation.
  • Streamlined the navigation process for lab order results by modifying the link to directly open the Advanced Report Viewer, bypassing the need to go through Logbook Search. This change enhances efficiency and simplifies user interaction with the system.
  • Added a default error message in cases where a user is unable to view a PDF in Advanced Report Viewer due to the user having disabled PDF view in their browser.

Enhanced the Logbook Search feature by adding a "View Visit Note" link, allowing users to access office notes from Encite directly while editing an Action Plan within Complete.MD. This link will be active if there is a corresponding note for the same date of service, providing seamless integration and access to important patient information.
  • Added a new practice setting labeled "Require Positive Notification Before Case Closure". If setting is turned on, a successful Patient Notification must be present before an order can be marked as "Case Closed". A warning will now display if there is no successful notification when attempting to close an order.
  • Updated the provider information fields within the ordering process to include a "Supervising Provider" alongside the existing "Rendering Provider." This enhancement enables more precise assignment of results and management of orders by clearly distinguishing between supervising and rendering healthcare providers.
  • Introduced CCDA Export functionality, enabling healthcare providers to efficiently export Electronic Health Information (EHI) for specific patient groups, aligning with compliance requirements. This is also available under "Patient Search"
  • Button to delete saved search queries added to Logbook Search page
