Claims Page Speed Changes

We’ve made key performance improvements to the Payment Allocation based on feedback from the billing team. These updates are designed to significantly reduce delays when posting payments, allocating funds, and searching for claims or tickets. Whether you're allocating payments manually the system should now feel much faster and more responsive, helping your team work more efficiently and with fewer interruptions.

Key Changes

• Optimized Allocation Engine: Refactored back-end processes to reduce processing time during payment-to-claim matching.
• Search Performance: Investigated and resolved inefficiencies contributing to slow search behavior across the Payment and Claim modules.
• Context-aware Loading: Reduced sidebar rendering (EOB, Payments, Receipts) during active allocation when not in use, based on user workflow patterns.
  • This improvement only impacts the Allocate page and not the claim ticket page
• ERA Allocations have not been updated so be aware that if you enter from the ERA page, you will not get these improvements. It is advised to exit the ERA allocate page and enter another workflow.
