Forgot your Complete.MD Password?

If you've forgotten your Complete.MD account password, follow the instructions below to reset it. 

First, navigate to https://portal.complete.md/login

Click the Forgot Password link under the Login button

Type in your email address, and click Continue.

Provide the answer to your security question and click Continue. 

Your new password will be emailed to you.
