Review your Appointment Documents

To review documents created by your Complete.MD provider during your appointment, follow the instructions below.

First, navigate to https://portal.complete.md/login and login with your email address and password.  

Click the Consents menu on the left hand menu.

Your most recent visit will be displayed automatically.  Use the drop down boxes to select other visit dates.  Any prescription-related documents and videos that were created during your visit will be displayed.
