How do I contact my provider?

To send a secure message to your Complete.MD participating provider, follow the steps below.

First, navigate to https://portal.complete.md/login and login with your account information.  

Click on the Messages button in the left hand menu.

Click on Compose and search for your provider in the drop down to start a message.  Click the arrow button to send your message.  

If your provider responds to your message, you will receive an email alerting you to log in to your patient portal to securely view the response.
