Billing/Claims

Fixed bug that prevented voiding of payment transactions (hot fix 12/17/2019)
Additional changes to Payment Summary report (hot fix 12/18/2019)
Pending Checkout Transactions now go into the system automatically
Updates to Payment Search to include filters for discarded payments and discarded by user information
Added search filter for who posted each ERA and ability for users to search by user names
Added ability for billing users to be able to change the level of the claim ticket manually during the posting process
Added functionality to create patient and insurance credit card payments from Payment Search in Portal, more details can be found at the Self-Help article located here.
Added voided payment details to Checkout Transaction report
Added additional search filters in Account Search for filtering on EDI Errors, Unapplied Payments, and claims missing providers.
Added Icons in Account Search results to indicate EDI Errors, Unapplied Payments, and claims missing providers.

Added Account Number to patient data on screens throughout the web portal
Changed the default sort of the data returned in the Appointment Search results in the web portal to sort by Appointment Date Time
